Depending on the position, we will phone you to talk through the role and your experience/qualifications. If we’re interested in you then your CV will be passed onto our hiring manager who will then decide on who to shortlist for interview.
Everyone who joins Müller has a face-to-face interview. Once again, the nature of the role will decide on whether we also carry our other assessment activities such as in-tray exercises, presentations or psychometric tests.
At all stages of the recruitment process we’ll be willing you to succeed and will provide you with all the information you need to perform at your best.
The final stage is gathering feedback from your interview and, if you’re right for us, we’ll make a verbal offer. If you accept, our Shared Services team will create your offer pack and we will look forward to you starting your Müller career.
